David Bernard, a specialist arm coach has agreed to run a couple of sessions for our arm bowlers and those contemplating moving to an arm. The sessions are scheduled for Sunday 25/8 at 9.30am for 2½ hours and Sunday 13/10 at 9.30am for 1½ hours. The sessions will include choosing an arm, maintenance of your arm and bowling with an arm.
