VSC AGM
September 28 @ 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
The VSC AGM is to be held on the 28th of September 2025 at 1:30pm in the lower Club
Rooms. The VSC committee oversees the operation of the entire club including rules and
bylaws, finances, legal and infrastructure issues. The VSC committee is assisted by the
individual section committees and sub-committees
At the meeting all committee positions will be declared vacant. Whilst some of the
committee will renominate, some of the existing committee members are retiring and their
positions will need to be filled.
If you feel you have the skills/need/desire to be on the VSC committee we welcome your
nomination. There is a Nomination Form on Page 9.

happy to discuss their roles and answer any questions that you may have.
